Neil, known as the Accountant-in-Pajamas, co-founded Sison Corillo Parone & Co. (SCP) in 2001. With a remarkable career spanning over 30 years, Neil has developed expertise in organizational leadership, taxation, information technology audit, systems development and implementation, internal and external audit, business risk management, financial and business fraud audit, business process outsourcing, business set-up, registration, IT and software development, and business strategies.

Before establishing SCP, Neil accumulated over nine (9) years of experience in the Audit, Assurance, and Consulting Divisions of two of the Big Four accounting firms in the country. Together with his beautiful wife, Alina Sison, they:
-established SJC Group which companies are into retail, real estate, construction & agropark development, accounting and professional consulting firms, environment and sustainability.
-written 12 books including Pass the CPA 10x the Probability, Grow Your Career: 10x Faster 10x Higher & 10x Bigger, Secrets in Winning BIR Audit, etc.
-speakers in various conferences & events with technical and inspirational topics
-have coached & mentored thousands of individuals (business-owners, professionals & non-professionals alike) for business, career & life growth. Prior to co-founding SCP, Alina spent five (5) years in the Audit and Assurance Division of one of the Big Four accounting firms in the country. Her professional journey also includes roles as an Accounting and Audit Manager at a top convenience store in the country and as a Finance and Administration Manager at a German multinational company. Alongside Neil, she co-established and managed businesses in Information Technology, Management and Consulting Services, Sales and Marketing, and Food and Construction. Alina effectively balances her responsibilities as a Director and President/CEO in other companies.

Additionally, she leads the firm's foreign outsourcing services, managing accounting for companies in the US, Australia, and South-East Asia.

Shirley served as the Financial Controller of the world's leading chemical distribution company with its headquarters in Germany before joining SCP. Her extensive experience in MNCs has equipped her with profound knowledge in shared services, tax treaty relief, SAP, credit/risk management, tax/legal matters, year-end financial audit, and all facets of accounting, finance, budgeting, and forecasting. Beyond her corporate roles, Shirley gained marketing and selling experience by managing her own business, providing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), distribution, and warehousing services to MNC clients in the fields of animal health vaccines, specialty chemicals, and dog foods for more than five (5) years.

Joy's illustrious career began with a five-year stint as a Tax Auditor at one of the Big Four accounting firms in the country. Subsequently, for 21 years, she held progressive roles as Senior Tax Auditor, Tax Manager, and Tax Director in various prominent companies across different industries, including shopping malls, food and franchise, manufacturing, electronics, and real estate. In these roles, Joy demonstrated adeptness in crafting and implementing effective tax strategies tailored to the specific needs of each industry. Since 2014, she has contributed to the firm as a lecturer on internal and external tax training, showcasing her commitment to sharing her wealth of knowledge with others. Her outstanding contributions to the field were recognized in 2018 when she was honored as one of the "HERO ACCOUNTANTS" by Moores Rowland - Professionals of the Future.

Myra's versatile career spans over 13 years, including a significant 3-year tenure in general accounting within the manufacturing sector. This experience has further fortified her technical expertise in taxation. Throughout her career, she has navigated diverse industries such as manufacturing, retail, trading, real estate, construction, logistics, insurance, media and entertainment, shipping and transport, lending financial services, mining, and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the technical working group leader in the tax department, Myra takes on additional roles as a lecturer on tax-related subjects, as a valued member of the firm’s CORE team, and as a facilitator in the firm-wide Extraordinary and Heroic (EH) Leadership Program. She is also a key contributor to systems development, particularly in developing POFSIS tools.

Mel has a significant background in supervising audit engagements, with three years of experience at Grant Thornton LLP in New York City, New York, and an additional two years at the Solomon Islands office of one of the Big Four international accounting firms. She also contributed her skills to a Big Four international accounting firm in Cambodia. Throughout her career, Mel worked in the assurance division of two major accounting firms in the Philippines. She spent some years as a consultant and professional practitioner before assuming the role of an audit partner at Sison Corillo Parone & Co.
