Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 56-2023
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has recently issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 56-2023 which informs taxpayers of the application for One-Time Transactions (ONETT) for the issuance of Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration (eCAR) thru the eONETT System.
